Please note: All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Cocolatte.
All orders placed on our online store will be delivered via Fastway couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your parcel label number. To track an order, visit www.fastway.com.au, enter your label number and click track.
All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. Please make sure the delivery address supplied is accurate and that someone is available to sign for the parcel. If there is noone home, a card is left at the door and re-delivery can be arranged at no extra cost.
Australian Orders
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia is a flat fee of $12.00 + GST for all customers.
Shipments within Australia should be delivered within 15 Business Days. However due to a large increase in orders, we apologise for any delays in delivery time.
International Orders (Including New Zealand)
Postage and Handling for orders being sent internationally is a flat fee of $30.00 for all customers.
Shipments outside Australia should be delivered within 25 Business Days but may vary due to your location.
Customs Charges on International Orders
Cocolatte recommends that all International customers purchasing from our online store check the Customs Charges and Terms and Conditions at your local Customs office within your country before making a Cocolatte Online purchase.
Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As each country has different charges and policies we are unable to provide more detailed information on this.
Cocolatte will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in your country where your goods have been delivered.
